The client operated aging on-premises infrastructure with significant maintenance costs, limited scalability, and no disaster recovery capability. The challenge was to migrate to cloud while maintaining 24/7 availability of critical government services.
Implemented a phased hybrid cloud migration strategy using Microsoft Azure, establishing dedicated connectivity, migrating workloads in prioritized batches, and establishing comprehensive monitoring and disaster recovery.
