End-to-end design and deployment of a Tier-3 Security Operations Center, including SIEM implementation, threat intelligence integration, SOC team training, and 24/7 operational capability.
The telecom provider faced increasing cyber threats with no centralized security monitoring capability. Incidents were being detected reactively, causing extended breach windows and regulatory compliance failures.
Designed and built a complete SOC infrastructure including Splunk SIEM, threat intelligence feeds, playbook automation, and trained a team of 12 security analysts across three shifts.
